My experience was pretty much like the other complaints. Their products are cheap and its definitely " you get what you pay for". They donot pay for returns because they are located in China. The sizes are Asian not American and run very small. Not a company I would use again. Facebook needs to take them down.

I was sent a confirmation through my email, it took about 3 weeks to receive a romper that was NOTHING like the picture, it was ENTIRELY TOO SMALL, cheap material was used and I NEVER got a response from them on how to return it! Wish I would've read ALL of the horrible reviews about the quality of the clothes it surely would've saved me my money AND time! SMDH at the people who are scamming EVERYONE that purchases from them!

You won't receive confirmation. I paid through PayPal because I wasn't 100% about ordering from the site with my credit card, PayPal did their part to contact the seller (it took multiple times), they kept sending incorrect shipping Information.
I escalated my dispute to a claim after they hadn't sent anything to verify my order. Finally after one month, my order came. I had to go to the nearest rexal pharmacy and sign upon picking up my order. The dress is absolutely awful. Super small and see-through. Strings hanging at all ends of the dress. I know they won't refund either. Lesson learned for me. I'll never order from a company such as this one, EVER again! I wish you luck with your order.

It took 2 months to get my order. That confirmation number is to keep you complacent. I will never order from them again

Scammer outfit to small no way to return items u pay for 40.00 here. It's joke

I had pretty good luck using the support from the Rotita website. They were not really helpful but they did respond. You may want to consider calling your credit card company and letting them know the issue. They may be able to assist in determining whether the charge went through but I wouldn't accept the charge going through as an indication you will receive your merchandise. Or like me, receive substandard and ridiculously cheap knock-offs of the picture you ordered from. Good luck and be sure to protect yourself!

Might be because of the time diff. But don't hold your breath waiting. Every move from now on is on their time. And trust me. You WILL wait. Good luck with your order. They pretty much stole $70.00 from me...
