I ordered my items on March 19,2015. I paid for "Standard Shipping" which is supposed to take 6-7 business days max from date of shipping. I allowed 3-4 business days processing. Then, I received an email stating that my items had shipped out on March 24,2015. I waited 6-7 business days after the shipment notice email was sent to me. No package. At this point it was in NYC customs. I left for my vacation without the items on April 5,2015. Then, I received a notice while I was away on vacation on April 8,2015. When I returned home, I contacted rotita.com to request return service. I was told that it would cost more than I paid for my items to return them to China, and that I would be given 60% credit from the website. I knew that it was a loose/loose situation so I agreed. Low and behold, the agent emailed me back after I agreed to receive a 60% credit back, and notified me that their policy was to only credit back 15% of the merchandise total, but they did me a favor to credit me back 30% instead. I agreed. I would not order from them again.

Goodluck cause this site scam me out of my money but i received the cheap dress i email them my ticket that i wasnt satisfied at all i ordered the dress in a size large it was like a small buyers please beware cause rotita.com and dress lily are the same company too. Please dont purchased nothing from the sites plus they gonna try to make u pay for shippin which suckz then talkin bout they gonna credit it sum bs

You can use the tracking number they give you to track your package through some international shipping company website. Sort of. It's international tracking so you can't find many details but I was able to see when it left China and entered the U.S. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, I would definately ping the customer service people to confirm the shipment as several people have reported never receiving their order. I believe it came via USPS so if you are holding your mail while on vacation or having a neighbor pick up your mail you should be fine. As I recall it was about 3 weeks before I got my package and about 3 weeks and 10 seconds before I was disappointed. Good luck and have fun on your vacation.

Ok, did you do it regular mail. If so it will take you about 4 to 6 weeks to receive your items... it's coming from china, expect the material to be cheap, most of the time there still cute... always get a size bigger than you normally are, and if your tall don't order any dresses... Chinese/Asian women are usually real petite and short... so the dresses are always too short and I'm 5'4. Good thing I'm wearing these dresses to the club

Plan to go on your vacation without those clothes. They may come but they are not what you are expecting! They are atrocious! It took me almost a month to receive my order.
