Hi Tina, I wish the answer was a different one but you will receive your order whenever they want and you will receive whatever they want. I wouldn't never buy a thing from them. I had the worst experience ever.

Please do not get your heart set on the item being correct-even if it happens to arrive on time!

You can email them but Don't even bother trying to deal with this company, you will eventually get your order but what you get will not be what your hoping for. The pictures don't resemble what you actually get, this company has shocking service with clothing to match. Scam, they use other website photos and try to replica the items you order. If I was you id cancel the order with your credit card provider, Paypal were brilliant in dealing with my dispute and I eventually got my money back. Good luck!

I dont believe they have one. They wil not help you anyway. The only number I have found is in China. The only thing you can do is open a ticket, they give you 72 hours to respond and they take as long as they want to respond to you, when they do you can't understand what they are talking about. They are thieves, if you do recieve your items they do not honor the return policy. I lost my money too. I wish there was a way to get their site shut down.

They do not want you to be able to contact them, your item can take several weeks before you will receive it & it probably will be junk. I currently have a case against them with PayPal.

There's a customer service number on their website, but it goes straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, your situation also happened to me. I paid extra to receive my package but it never came. I hope you have better luck.

Hi Tina, have looked for a contact number with them but it doesn't seem to exist. I had the same problem as you, I paid express shipping but it didn't get to you anywhere near on time. They'll tell you that the processing time takes longer than their advertised 3 days and to "not have high expectations due to the low price of item". If you somehow manage to find a contact number please let me know!

There is a China number which doesn't do to anyone. I emailed and sent my phone number numerous times for someone to call me. I still have yet to get my refund I ordered in dec. 2015. They replied with they have no way to call me it will have to get resolved with email and they keep giving me the run around. Word to the wise don't waste your time. It's not worth the stress.

There isn't a contact number but there is a email I have been emailing back and forth with its [email protected]. Hope you get in contact with them

This website is horrible! You have to literally stalk them I had to go back and forth with them for two months non stop pestering them to get my money back!
