If yo have been scammed by the chines online clothes company called Rotita, you can report the case to Paypal resolution center if you paid with Paypal. They can actually help you get your money back... but if you didnt pay with Paypal report it to your bank ASAP! I was told it wasn't "cost effective" for me to return the clothes for a refund because the cost for the return shipping would be almost as much as the clothes cost. They did offer me a discount on future items but given how unhappy I was with the first order it wasn't likely I was going to order from them again. If you paid through PayPal you might be able to dispute through them. Good luck.

They gonna tell everything from its gonna be expensive for u to pay. Offer you 20%off ur next order(as if u would order from them again) rhen they gonna say give to someone else(as if they would want it.
