You email them with request to return merchandise just remember shipping is non-refundable

You CAN'T RETURN IT. UNLESS YOU SEND IT TO CHINA FOR MUCHO BUCKO'S - my order was going to cost $97+ to send it back to China - AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DAILY EMAIL
