Ummm, let's see, why so many complaints? Could it be because the company sucks?

People's comments are so negative because they feel like they have been misled and taken advantage of and this is their only recourse. I too was lured in and ripped off and I just want to save other consumers from making the same mistake. You would be wise to heed the many warnings of those who have learned the hard way and stay far, far away.

The reviews are as bad as the quality of what you will receive if you order from this site. The pictures of the merchandise are misleading and do not reflect what you will see when you open the package. Beware potential buyer...

Because you do not receive what you order and it is shipped from China. It took me 6 months to get my money back and only after complaints after complaints to the company but when I put a bad report on this Web site they told me they would give me my money back if I removed complain I told them that was blackmail.

I can only say i wish i had bothered to read the reviews before i made a purchase. The clothes look lovely & the prices are enticing but please dont make my mistake! These scam artists were very happy to receive my payment but not so good at actually sending me my order or helping me at all when i wanted to know what on earth was going on. There is no telephone number to contact, you can only hope they will respond to your email. Which they wont as soon as a probem arises. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE... unless of course you like spending your hard earned money on a big fat lot of nothing!

There are so many negative responses because they are a dodgy buisness. I have stated in my previous responses that I ordered 4 items from them in October 2014, none of which I have received. After months of trying to get this sorted out with them (they are almost impossible to contact) I received an email from them saying that my refund was being processed, that was about 3 months ago and guess what? Still no refund. I would never recommend them to anyone and believe me all of the negative feedback you are seeing is true.

There's a very simple answer-- Rosewholesale and the whole Yigou Group take people's money and send them CRAP. They are thieves and scam artists.

Thieving is thieving in any language and any country! How can you correct thieving? Give everyone who was robbed a refund. But they are not going to do that, are they? They just continue thieving.

I guess you have never ordered from this pathetic place... I, like MANY others, have been screwed by this place! Do yours3lf a favor... DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Negative complaints - COMPLAINTS - the clothing is rubbish and the sizing is absurd. I don't want anyone else to get mugged off

The professionalism was lacking in every way. They pass the buck on everything and the item does not match the pictures at all. These are the least of the issue. I can go on for days. NEVER AGAIN!
