If you ordered through Paypal you can get a partial reimbursement, otherwise consider it a loss. That is what they want. If you cancel your order, you will be requirerd to return the merchandise but the cost of overseas shipping is not worth it They know they have you. Best is to count this as a good lesson (always check for reviews of unknown online sellers BEFORE buying) and leave an honest review of RoseWholesale so that others will not repeat your mistake.

Cancel order immediately. Ignore any, if any, reply from company. U will never get the product, and if u do it won't be what you thought. Cancel NOW! Do not delay. Stop credit card, request refund, whatever u need to do. DO NOT PROCEED! U will only regret it. U have been warned, do NOT give them a single chance. U will regret it.

I'm afraid we've been scammed. My situation is nearly identical. Just read the numerous reviews. Sorry.

Unfortunately, you CANNOT contact any one directly. You have to go thru their less that satisfactory site and deal with people who do not even speak english! I mean it is next to impossible to decipher the emails! You may get a response, like I said but unless you understand their yaba emails, you are just wasting their time! I did this for MONTHS, I told them that I never received my order. After several, I mean several months later, they appeased me by telling me that they would resend my order. That was over a year ago. I have never received a thing from their crappy BS online store! My advise to you would be to dispute your payment, hopefully you used a credit card or paypal. I used paypal! At the end of the day, the low quality garbage that they sell and their lack of customer service, you have already wasted too much of your important time! Dispute you payment and buy AMERICAN!
