You paid money and you logically expect your shirt, but logic is not something this company is accustomed to. You have now entered the "Twilight Zone" of online retail crap from China. It's a strange mix of never receiving your item(s), or receiving your items and them not matching the sizing chart, and if they do, the "UTTER CRAP" quality of them is simply astounding. Then there is the weird sudden lack of customer service and the nether region where you would sent your return, only there is no address, and even if you do miraculously find someone who gives it to you, your package will conveniently never arrive, and if it does arrive and you are promised a refund, it will never materialize...

Can you hear the "Twilight Zone" theme song playing in your head yet?

I never received my items, and never was able to get a refund. Save your self the hassle don't purchase from this site.

Hi: the site is real, or at least you do get merchandise. The problems are: 1st: that the merchandise is not what you expected, the quality is really bad and does not look at all like the pictures; and 2nd: that if you have to return it, it's very easy to get into "misunderstandings" that lead to you not getting your money back: they put it into an "account" for you to buy somethng else from them and you never get refunded. And, in my case, I don't even see it in the so called "my wallet", so basically I did not get the proper refund. They said they would refund, but they never did. However, I did get a partial refund from another order. It's just not safe enough, so I'm never ordering from them again.

Haven't been let down or disappointed by Rosewholesale. Really, expect to get what you pay for, and don't order items that need to be exact. Of course the sizes are small - the prices are small, obviously they won't be generous with fabric. I have a really great handbag from Rosewholesale, it is exactly as pictureed and one of the best bags I have ever owned. I also bought a crochet cargigan. I chose a very large size and it fits fine. It isn't all that well made but it does the job. Just shop intelligently, people.
