Never ever ever and I mean NEVER order from rosewholesale. I got my money back but only going through Paypal which is what I used to pay I think Rosewholesale is a scam. Good luck to you

Rosewholesale is big bad think cuz they have cheap staff but sell in big price for this goods. Iam small shop and i do order from them like 2 times and was waiting forever and lost some clients. Plus they are not flexible and never make deal for them rubish i pay very high tax and vat. So girls do not order there and there is some sites which are the same shit for big money, so be carefuller.

They are certainly a fraud. I still did not get my money back :// I suggest you open a PayPal dispute If you make payment via paypal..

I ordered in September 2014 - still nothing. They did refund one item that they said was out of stock but the other items have no shown up and have not been refunded. I have provided them with the order number, items numbers, etc. and NOTHING.

I ordered in November and all they have done is ask me to be patient for delivery and offered me another credit on a future order... are they kidding me? I'm not making another "donation"... this is April...

My orders to Australia take about 3 weeks. I have received everything I ordered. I am very careful what I buy and only purchase items with plenty of detailed reviews and lots of pictures. The quality isn't great but I don't expect it to be. Everything I have bought will be worn or used.

Cancel order via support ticket. They will mess you about for another 3 months but you should get there in the end. If you paid by Paypal get in contact with them or credit card have a word with them, see if they can help. The delivery to UK was 25 working days mine came after that. The delivery details you get are nothing. They act dumb and don not answer your questions directly saying they do not understand you. Don't give up, get the help you need. Listen to others and tell your family and friends to stay away, there are other sites with different names under the same workforce. Good luck and persevere with support tickets, send them everyday if you have to.

My order was sized incorrectly and when I complained to me credit card company they were no help. I was promised a refund and they never followed through. I would never deal with this company again.

Sometimes takes a bit longer than usual... They have different holiday than US or other countries... I was in same boat but I still recieved my stuffs
