Cancel! Cancel! Cancel! Get your money back and never look back. You will despise your order when you finally get it. Stuff is unwearable, poor material, not anything like the picture, and will not fit you - no matter what size you order. You will won't be able to get them via email etc so cancel from your end i. E. cancel credit card payment etc.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. The sizes are so incorrect it's not even funny, a large doesn't fit a child, a very small child! Clothes are thin, frayed, no tags, etc. They do not respond, unwilling to refund. They actually sent me a survey today via email asking my opinion, I couldn't believe it. They go by very many different names, They draw you in with those cute ads with darling clothes and what you get is a completely different item, nothing like what you think you've ordered. Sorry you got suckered.

Because the stores are rip off. I believe it's from China. All of the sizes are about 3 sizes too small. There should be a chart if you scroll down from the product you will see the European size however that size will not fit you as they run too small. I am still waiting on two items that I ordered for Christmas last year it is August.

Run run run... this place is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen... they take pictures that aren't even their product... get some sweat shop to make them and send them your way... better business needs to run them off the internet... one swear I ordered looked so roomy then got it and it looked like a shirt from the peanuts character
" Charlie Brown"... they are soooo ugly... sizes are miniature... made for a size "minature" person

The reviews are terrible because they are a terrible company. I can't comment on sizing because I am still waiting on the 4 items I ordered in October 2014 or the refund they said they were giving me. They are impossible to contact and I would NEVER recommend or use them myself again and have just excepted the fact that they have STOLEN my money. All of the bad reviews are soooo... true! Good luck if you have already ordered from them

I wish we could just trust when we see something cute to buy that we can just buy it and no it won't be a problem. Not the case with this company their sizes are like 3 times smaller than ours I bought a sweatshirt and my daughter is a size medium and looking at their charts for sizes she had to get a 3x to be a size 12 in America

I hope you placed the order before you read the reviews. If you call paypal they will help you. They are well aware of the issues with Rose & Lilly Dress.

Everything comes from China often via other countries in Europe using obscure delivery companies (no Fed-ex or UPS). It is done to avoid customs and can take a long time. The same is true if you need to exchange things or return them and their return policies are draconian. These are Chinese sizes for Chinese people. I would never again order clothing from them. What I got was nice but none of it fit. If you have to deal with customer service, once again, remember the email is going to China to someone who's first language is NOT ENGLISH. Everything you do with them takes a lot of extra time.

Cancel and save yourself time, money, and grief. The clothing has no labels or washing instructions. The large and one size fits all do not fit my size 2 daughter. I wear a 10-12 and couldn't get some of the dresses over my head. The one item I could get on was so wide on the top that the straps fell off, and I have wide shoulders! A complete of money for me. I have a Resolution Claim with Paypal. If you used Paypal to pay for your order be sure to file a claim. If enough claims are filed, Paypal may drop them. It would be a very good thing.
