This is to rosewholesale I ordered two pair of pants through payal with you lastsunday and it said 5-7 business days... itsa month more realistic? Because i have to walk down the street to checkmymail and ive been dong religiously anxiously awaiting my pants and tey have not come yet and the tracking number i got doesnt work. There are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, weather, customs clearance.

I actually received my order within 2-3 weeks. I paid extra for the insurance as well. Please be warned that my clothes came in horrible condition. They were very poor quality. My mom always said, "You get what you pay for"... very true statement. Great prices... horrible quality. BEWARE!

STOP PAYMENT NOW! Call the Federal Trade Commission and report them like the thousands of other people have. Scam company... stay away...

It takes one full month if you shipped regularly. If items are on back order they will not tell you. There is a New York # you can call, however the best way you can communicate is via "live chat"! Remember they are in China. After 7p CST you will find a live person to speak with. I do NOT find this company to be a scam business at all. I've ordered multi times from them. Mainly jewelry and I have had no problems. Clothing sizes are 2x smaller then what we are custom too.
