An order in they say my package was delivered on the 5 never got it it's for Christmas call me please 973 356 8778 I tried call u and it rings and stops then it hangs up please call I need to talk to someone I have an account with u look up my account or name and call me I like your site but not this never getting my package warring to long

Did you try the websites trouble ticket system? Did you read any of the shipping policies? If that does not explain your situation open a trouble ticket and you usually get a response within 2 days. Its very simple and effective.

I ordered 3 items. First didn't know it was coming from China at 21.00 s/h. Then it took 2-2 1/2 weeks to receive. Wanted to exchange 2 items. Neither of the exchanges came larger. There clothes run at least 2 sizes smaller than U.S. sizes. I did like the 1 item I kept. Well its 2 months later after returning two items back to China I was forced to take a store credit not a refund on my credit card. Well because of sizing/style was leary of having to start all over with the sizing issue. They told me they gave me credit on their store wallet. Well after 20 e-mails totally from the begining of all this mess I have no store credit and now they won't even return my e-mails. I now gave up on them and put a dispute claim against them on my credit card and even asked for the 21.00 in s/h to send items back to them against the credit not received.If you truly don't think you won't have to return an item take the chance but then I have also read where some customers never even got their merchandise shipped in the first place. Personally I will never do business with them again.

Don't buy from these people. The clothes are unwearable if they arrive at all.
Getting your money back is next to impossible. I lost AUD $180 to this company and chalked it up to a life experience.

This company will!. Give you a fake tracking number or
2. Never send your merchandise, or
3. Send merchandise that is incorrectly sized, very poor quality work by seamstress, made with cheap, thin nylon-type material, and
4. Never send your refund.
