May I know how reliable is Rosewholesale in term of their quality and delivery time?

Deliver times? OMG!
I ordered on Oct 25. This is December the 1st and they still have not shipped my items. I was told by customer support there are NO REFUNDS. I have one item that was discontinued 45 days after my PayPal purchase and they refuse to give money back. Run Away and Shop Elsewhere!

After reading the reviews, i was going to make a couple of orders but don t want to wast my time and money for a maybe. Has anyone tryed bbb. Are they located in new york are even state side?
