How this place stays in buisness is a mystery to me. Products they advertise are not what you get if you are lucky to get anything from them. Yes they will steal your money and forget about trying to contact them. No phone service no address no customer service period. The shipping charges are so high you think they are sending gold to you. Cheap is what the items are and good for nothing more than dusting rags. I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I HOPE YOU TAKE WHAT OTHERS ARW SAYING AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you want to throw your money away send it to me at least I'd be nice enough to thank you for it. Hi Jane C, in response to your question I must say in my experience they are a real company but they are misleading. I eventually received my three dresses ordered but they took nearly two months to arrive and were cheaply made and very very small in size. The photos that you see are not of what you receive. I believe that they copy the clothes from photos on other websites. I will never buy from them again because I can't wear the dresses and have dropped them in the charity bin. The prices are cheap for a reason. Beware.

Steal money from people

Save yourself the heartache, I didnt recieve all of my merchandise and I got the run around... I had to fight to get my money back and if it wasn't for this site, I would have never had gotten it back at all. There is way too many orders that they screwed up on... save yourself the heartache... Dont order from them.

They just steal your money. I wish I was one of the lucky ones who didn't receive their order. What I did receive was complete crap. I don't even want to give the stuff to my local homeless shelter... It would be insulting to them. That's how crappy it is.

Many a lot of reviews, there are customers not receiving their product. If they do, it's very poor quality. Which was my case. You then, pay an arm and a leg to have the items shipped from China. I had 3 shirts that I was willing to just trade for a larger size. The return policy is crap. Just to get a larger size, I was told I needed to take multiple pics of the garments with a measuring tape held up to different angles to show the shirts weren't the right size. After a email to them telling them that was absurd. I received another email stating that I could return the garments to them (me paying more shipping). Then, when they receive them they'll issue store credit. Total rip off! If you wanna deal with a retailer that cares about their customers, and not just their money, DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

They are real, but really bad at their job. I did get my items. They were I'll fitting but I eventually got them after months of excuses. Remember you get what you pay for. If it's cheap, there is a reason. You are not buying front Sachs or Nordstrom. Oh, and they changed their name to Rosegal.

The quality of clothes is very bad, has nothing to do with the picture. They try to copy some clothes but is the worst way I did see. Don't buy anything from them, you will regret.

Yes its real, but it takes along time to get product. Things are not made like the picture shows

Yes they run very very small about 3 sizes. Lousy cuter service. Still waiting for my refund from december.
