It took weeks for my order to arrive. They did answer my emails. You have to scroll right down when you check your account. I'll never use them again. The stuff is so cheap and nasty its not worth manufacturing and the wait time for delivery was ridiculous. I'm sorry to hear the other person never received her goods at all.

Hi Olivia yes I would suggest going to the website, put in order number and date, and it should come up. If not contact customer service and let them know you need to know about item; Also let them know if item is not found and money not refunded; you will submit review about site. Good

Go to their website and submit a customer service request ticket. Tell them your order date, order number and the items you ordered. They should reply you in next 24 hours.

Hi Olivia, I am sorry to tell you that you won't be getting your order... this is a SCAM... I never got my order and even though at the beginning they answered and I thought I had a chance, I never got any more answers and nor did I get my order... I lost my money... don't sweat it... you won't get it... sorry to tell you this... it's do upseting...
