To te Rosewholesale rep regarding response to Sonja P's question: you may have "secured" certification now, but your days are numbered. You guys are unpardonable. Laurie G. Said it perfectly, you're despicable.

All I can say is DONT EVER DEAL WITH THEM! I am still waiting on the 4 items I ordered back in October 2014 or the refund that they promised. I suggest reading all of the bad reviews because they are all true. They are also impossible to contact

Save your money. The quality is junk and a lot of your order may not arrive. This is a scam company!

Now that's a real laugh! You always try your best to help customers? Work hard to satisfy? I do believe that all these complaints would contradict your answer Rose Wholesale Rep. All your answers to people are "cut and paste" answers. You don't give a damn that people get scammed by your company, nor that a lot of people order from you because your prices may be all they can afford and think they really lucked out. You're company is a disgrace and I would rather have a job scrubbing out pig pens than to stoop low enough to work for your company and treat honest hardworking people the way you do. I'm completely disgusted with Rose Wholesalers..

Reading reviews is one thing, taking the advice is another. If you buy from this lot then be prepared to bear the consequences... and remember we all told you so!

Any e-commerce business can get certified by ensuring they conform with the partnership agreement and meet their payment portal criteria. Taking a payment is the easy part, supplying goods of decent quality at the correct size with brilliant customer service is the hard part. Unfortunately this company falls down on the latter. As previously explained in my review, their sizing guide is possibility taken from the Asian market. I have travelled substantially throughout Asia and their clothing sizes are far smaller than western standards (infact the US is different from the European market as well, in Europe I am a 'L' and in the US a 'M' however even the XL from this site wouldn't even fit me, infact I couldn't even do up the buttons on the shirt. Upon trying to get my money back, even with proof of the incorrect sizing they would not refund me. After many messages they agreed a refund but guess what... I had to pay for freight from my own pocket and I would not get this refunded. So to get $82 back I had to pay £25 (approx. $40). The economics of this don't add up, so I have accepted the fact that I wont get my money back and certainly wont use the site again. If I can deter even one person from buying from this awful company then I will be happy. As for what I have bought, I will donate to the local cancer charity.

Not reliable to say the least. I want to send back the items I received, but I cannt trust the to get a refund. Bad business!
