I want to place an order for three items and in reading the reviews, I am worried about placing it. Some reviews are quite positive and others are highly negative. What assurance to I have that those items will be the items I order, and that I will even receive my order at all? Especially since many of the reviews state said that the order was never received!

Listen from experience, you most likely receive your order maybe, but it will not look like what you ordered. The material is poor and the sewing is bad.
On top of that if you are from the US hopefully you ordered 3 times the size you normally ordered. I ordered Large and received XSmall, even though the tags said Large. Maybe that is Large in China but not in the US. I could not fit a mannequin in anything I ordered. And don't even think you will get to return it. They have a non existent return policy so if you don't like it, give it away and save yourself the hassle... If I were you pretend you did not order anything and if you haven't, then DON'T save your self the hassle.

Do NOT do it. I have requested Facebook to take them down. They are a ripoff scam. Never arrives, poor quality, not true to US sizes, will not refund, shipping back is 3times US amount. With good reviews watch the English, oftentimes zi believe it's the fraudulent companies employee writing the "good" review.

DO NOT DO IT! Poor quality, no customer service at all (I mean that I can't even get a hold of them -- no phone calls answered, no emails answered).

The only thing I regret is NOT READING the reviews on Jabber before ordering... and as many others, I did get the clothing but it's crap, no wearable, went to the garbage and NO REFUND.
