They are notorious for sizes that are waaaaay off and the garments are poorly made as well as poor quality material. Refunds are slim to none as it costs more to return than the actual garments costs - which is what they know you will not do. They then have your money and you have rags! Since they are in China you have no legal recourse. STAY AWAY AND SHOP AMERICAN! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Doesn't matter what the size is. It is poor workman ship and u wouldn't ware it. But the sizes runs extremely small, probably cause they're skipping on material. So yourself a favor, don't buy from them. Read their reviews.

Don't order anything from this company! I never received the items I ordered & I heard that people that did receive their clothing, were extremely disappointed! There is NO customer service at all!

Their sizes seem to be XXXXS, Child's size, and doll size. However, the most commonly received article is size: nonexistent. And while it is true that garments that you never receive are technically One Size Fits All, the quality is better than the ones that you actually do get.

Do not order anything. Clothes are tiny and of such poor quality your cat would be embarrassed to wear them in public. But no worries there because it is very likely that you will never receive them anyway.

The phone number is bogus. It is just set up for faux customer service and credit cards. The sizing is so far off I can seriously recommend you not buy clothing from them. I am a medium (mens) and the extra large was too small for me. Too bad because I really like the jacket. There may be a sizing chart on their web page but I found that to be inaccurate too.

This company rips more people off! Read all the info here on SiteJabber. There is NO live chat people-EVER! The chances of you getting your items is slim to none... do not waste your $$

If I am correct there are sizes under every item, they don't have a standard so check under every item. The only way I was able to contact them is by email. The company is not a scam but it takes forever to get the items so don't order for birthday gifts or something like that. I hope this helps.

Yes they are impossible to contact. I am still waiting on the 4 items I ordered back in October 2014 and have still not received or the refund they emailed me saying that my refund was being "processed", that was months ago & I still have no refund. This company is dodgy which is why they have so many bad reviews & so few good reviews. I would NEVER recommend them or deal with them again & have just excepted that they have STOLEN my money

People: even if you happen to get the right size, the customer service is non existent, most of what you order will be on "back order" indefinitely and IF YOU DO GET THE STUFF, its of such low quality, you will have wasted your time and money. If its too good to be true it is.

I finally got my order yesterday. They have super small sizes and the material is cheap, see-through stuff. Even the seater I ordrred. Try them if you want, but why? They are terrible!
