I placed an order on 10/20 and only received one item. Can't get anyone to answer phone or email. Anyone know how I get a refund? Order #HH1510191335353243

Have you tried opening a trouble ticket? They respond to them within 48 hours.

Send an email, I did and I get an answer and a resolution. Via phone, they are douche bags. Yes, they will block your phone number. However, via live chat it works great. Just remember they are in china. After 7p CST and you can get a live chat.

As far as I know you can't get a refund. Once you notify them of a problem it is almost as if they block you from ever reaching them again. I have no proof that this is being done but it is what I experienced.

Not sure why anyone is asking questions about them anymore OR considering ordering from them. It takes FOREVER to get your order and then it will contain items that you cannot and would not EVER wear. It's a total waste of your money. Do NOT buy from them!

Don't do business with Rosewhole sale. After i posted bad review i finally got one of the shirts from them. It a piece of crap!

They answered quickly, but basically wanted me to take pictures and measurements of the dress and send it back to them so they could prove it was the wrong size, etc. Really too much trouble to go through to return a cheap item. I threw it in the trash and chalked it up to experience.

That happened to me too! Go to their Facebook and complain. Then Private Message them your order and what happened. Keep commenting on their page until they answer you. That's what worked for me.

Add your answer
