I placed an order on 09/17/2015 03:05:15 AM. Today is october 18, and it is time I don't receive my package yet. I want to know if the company is just scam or if it is going to do something about it?

I have ordered from them numerous times. This is not like ordering from big box retailer in the US. FIRST thing is- thoroughly read their conditions and policies. Realize that because of different sizing you could be ordering from Med. To 2X. The company is in China, no they are not going to pay 50/60 dollars to exchange a 12 dollar item. Yes, you should very carefully look at pictures, read reviews and fabric content. If you aren't certain, don't order it. They have established processes for handling problem items or orders. Last- Its coming from CHINA, insure it! Once you are informed about how they do business you can decide. Personally, I love getting unique, pretty clothing at a fraction of what I pay here. I figure the shipping into the items I order and it is still a great deal. Be savvy and you will enjoy it too.

I ordered from them on August 18th. I did order using flat rate shipping, which their battle cry is "... Because YOU chose flat rate shipping. We cannot track, slower than "normal" shipping, because of "holidays", etc.My order supposedly was sent to the USA on August 22nd. From that point it remained in limbo until about the middle of October, when I did finally get it. I don't think it was really in the USA in August--my local post office said it should have been delivered WAY before October if it was really in the USA. Rosewholesale kept telling me to "check with my local post office" etc., until I opened a Paypal dispute and started posting comments on here, which they actually REFERRED to in the last conversation I had with them. I'm not sure I would've had the same results if I hadn't created a stink. As for the order--I do like the shirt but it is flimsy. No big--at least it fits. The necklace I do like. But the dragon ear cuff is unwearable--it fits my 2 year old grandson. NO. They offered me 500 "bonus" points for my aggravation but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.The time alone that I spent on emails and filing disputes and everything else ---just isn't worth it. And by the way, after I close the dispute with Paypal, I didn't get the 500 "bonus" points anyway. Stay away from them, you'll be alot happier.

I hope you have better luck than I DID. I ORDERED five items, got 4 and one was correct. I ordered two items like a fool again month ago, still have never arrived.

If you didn't priority ship your items it will take a month or a little over... the items come from hongkong and you have to select the fastest shipping for best results...

You will get your items eventually, at least 6 to 8 weeks. If you do not get it go to their web page and file a complaint. Once again you need to be really patient. They will get back to you. It is a lot of trouble dealing with this company because they are in China and trying to avoid customs. That in and of itself makes them shady but they are a real company. They do not understand what Americans expect from online retail shoppers. I loved the coat they sent me but the size is so, so far from off I do not feel I would ever buy clothing from them again. Patience is the buzz-word.

They did something about it cause I complained here, but not much! So don't expect to see your order coming anytime soon, if not at all! And don't expect them to give your money back cause they won't! You just wasted your time and money, just like a lot of us before you! Sorry...
