Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R. M. A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R. M. A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.

It usually takes 1-2 months before you get your item IF YOU get it. You really need to "open a ticket" they will then respond. Thats what I had to do and I e-mailed them faithfully everyday for weeks! Its China so everything shipping takes awhile. I was persistent and finally got my stuff but it was months of effort. Clothes run small too. Hope you order 1-2 sizes bigger cause returns take just as long too. Better off buying American and keeping in the "states"

I just received two products from Rosewholesale. One was ordered in february (with 7-15 days dispatch) and one in march, with quickly delivery. First was comming in two months, the second was comming in 21 days. Every time when I open a ticket they answered very quickly (in same day).

I got my items - after about four months. They were all horrible and unwearable and very unlike the photo. When I needed contact I finally got them via email but had to keep on providing info, over and over again so just gave. Would never buy from this co again. They seem to torture you and have no set policies in place. If you need an refund/exchange - they ask you why, whats the problem and suggest stuff like "can you just give it to a friend?". It is really weird.
