I havenʻt receive my package at all who do I contact about my packages?

I had problem contacting them through all sources until I wrote complaint at sitejabber then they contacted me. Promise to give me refund but I have not received any refund yet. Some clothes that I already got were bad quality. Not like the picture at all! I will never do any business with this company anymore. Total disappointment!

Do whatever you can to get your money back. The quality of the items is worse than a Chinese sweatshop, and that's pretty bad. What you see on the website is not what you receive.

Dispute with your credit card company, provide them with copies of all communicatio, and stay away. Too many fraudulent activities. Its been over a year, products never received.

I contacted my bank, and told them it was a fraud and a scam, and they are returning my money. Never ever ever again!

See what they can work out. What? What are their policies, guidelines. There is never anything to work out. U will get nowhere. I did get my order after four months in about 7 different mailing deliveries. The items look dissimilar to the items photographed. The colours are very off, and the sizing is sooooo off its unbelievable i. E. a large size ladies would not even fit a grade one girl - no joke!

You've just landed a bad situation and I'll tell you why. I never received my package either (the one I mentioned I was still expecting in a previous post) and Rosewholesale told me to provide the post office with some numbers, which I did but to no avail. Then I contacted the company again and, just to extend the issue, they gave me another bunch of numbers which I decided to give to the post offices again. You see, they are literally postponing and trying to stall the issue because, when it turned out they really never delivered the product, they couldn't handle "losing to a customer" and told me that they would only issue me half of what I paid for the jacket. I thought that was preposterous and went after the entire refund that I was entitled to. It took so much threatening on my part to finally obtain the full refund. I hate this company with every fiber of my being!

They stopped communicating with me. I'm in the process of disputing this charge with the credit card company. This is my last hope to, have my money back.

Email them and cancel you order, tell them that as of this date you will nolonger except any merchandise it will be rejected if sent. Then contact your bank (if PayPal file a dispute). Make sure you keep all corospondence from them, they will try to negate what they think is a fair refund like 25% of your money. But dont let them win, it took me a year to get my money but it was worth every penny. Thats how this company makes its money. Plus the stuff is total crap! You will throw it out anyway.
