Fortunetly, i have never had this problem but it seems 2-3 weeks are normal for a shipment to arrive. Also, it depends wether you order on a friday and also, red days on the calndar could affect the packages arrival. I wouldnt worry, if its not with you in a month then contact customer services.

This is not the place to ask for a refund or find out what may or may not happen with your order. If you think your order is taking too long, make an inquiry to the company, by contacting the Support Center (http://support.rosewholesale.com/) - How long is "many weeks"? I always give orders from China up to one month to arrive to US or USVI.

I read reviews this morning they said you would have to go thru paypal and file a complaint then you can possibly get money back I havent got our whole order but what we got wasnt right too small poor quality etc

U wont get youe money back! Its a scam
