I am trying to contact customer service for missing items of mine and I can't send a ticket/email nor the number listed for them is working. How do I contact Rose Wholesale?

If u paid via paypal then just go to Resolution center of Paypal and start communication with Rosewholesale, or u can send email directly to them "support rosewholesale.com" , hope its will help.

I wouldn't deal with this company ever again. Was told it would be 7 to 21 days, after 2 months I made contact with them and they replied it was shipped, then they said it was delayed because of holidays. If I knew they were coming from China I would never have bothered. After 3 months ended up going through Paypal and got my money back.

Ah what I did was threaten them that if they didn't pay me back right away I would spread how shit they are all over my social media circles i mentioned that in a second I could ruin their reputation and added a few slightly violent words that forced action. :)) Try it otherwise they may not do anything. Hope it helps

PayPal is helpful, but they only contacted me after I posted a bad review on this Website. They used PayPal to issue a partial refund.

DON'T BUY FROM CHINA! Our laws don't apply to them in China and they know it is difficult to do anything, so they keep on scamming.

I am sorry that you are another victim. Keep trying. The tracking system never worked I persevered sending messages to claim back monies but took a long time and did not get full refund. They act is if they have no idea which item you are talking about even though it states on the ticket. Keep trying. Go through the website your account click on the order send ticket. It does take a long time for delivery and refunds, someone mentioned to you earlier, try paypal or even your credit card company if you paid that way. Hope you get a good outcome some do some unfortunately don't. In the meantime spread the word save others from this (I know it is embarrassing) there are also other wholesalers trading from the same place. Wishing you the best of luck and fingers crossed you are one of the lucky ones x

Count your losses! That place is the biggest scam out there! It's a shame it hasn't been shut down. Good luck!

I am so sorry that you are having this experience. I tried calling, emailed and calling again. My order is from December 2014. I lost $200. If you used Paypal, you may get help. This is what I call International trade fraud and RoseWholesale is a CON. And they are Rich. Chalk it up to experience. Please check Sitejabber uf you want to try other companies
