I sent them photos of the damaged item and got my money back. But when it comes to missing orders, there seems to be a lot of complaints.

Tip: before ordering from any website, just google the name/reviews. You will see if they are legit, and have good service or not. Also never use a website that uses a hotmail account for email.

You ll never see a refund they are a scam

They offered credit if I order again, I never excepted, a few days later so one Emailed me and asked me to take down my post here on SiteJabber they said they would give me my money back and they will still send me the missing item that I never received... I told them I would think about it... This is funny, I received a E-mail saying that they gave me a full credit of my order and the missing item has shipped... I checked my credit card and there was never a credit added and still to this day the missing item never made it here, I just gave up and never dealt with them again... This company is a mess!
