I had the worst experience with this company and was lucky (due to posting on Site Jabber) to get my money back. First of all believe me the items you think you are ordering will look nothing like the ones on their site
1. The items will be cheaply made (as if by little children)
2. Material of clothing will be extremely cheap looking, unlined, crudely stitched together
3. Even a size large (U.S. Size) will look small enough for a child
4. Wigs will not be so bad although nothing like the pics you saw and ordered
5. It will be months before you see most items... and when you do you will want to scream... literally!
6. There will be no definitive way to track items
7. You will encounter many problems when you try to contact them
8. Don't. I repeat don't waste time and money. They dupe unsuspecting Americans and other by showing us beautiful clothing and wigs on their site then delivering inferior products knowing very well most people will just not bother when learning they were taken advantage of
9. And 10. Buy from known and reputable companies

I am sorry I have never purchased a wig from them, but, if the sizing of the clothes is anything to go by, it may fit your hand not your head, that is if it arrives at all, and as for the quality, again, from my own experience I would not waste the time or effort on placing an order.

Please tell me you didn't buy anything from this place. All their products are pure trash. And that's if you get what you ordered. Stay away from this cheap ass company. You do not want to send them your money cuz that's the last youll see of it. I ordered things last year and to date still haven't gotten anything. Didn't read the reviews before hand so it was my fault for not checking on them. Be smart shop elsewhere. Oh and they go by different names like rosegal wish rosewhole sale and couple more so check reviews ALWAYS and stay away from rip off places like this one

Hey Phillis, shop locally when you're buying such products as a wig. When ordering from overseas it takes a long time to get it, plus if it's the wrong size or color, it's going to cost more money to send it back then all that wait time. When buying locally at least if you're not happy with it you won't have the misery of dealing with an overseas company. Be smart, shop locally, you'll be happier.

You will never get what you paid for. Pure fraud

Hi Ms. W., please do not purchase anythng from this site, the merchandice is shappy, ill fitting, and most of all trying to get your money back is a real piece of work. I orderded twice, the items that were supposed to be 2X would fit a ten year old who weighed 70lbs. The quality is poor, do not order hair God only knows what you will receive,

A: Just don't even be tempted to try and do business with these scammers.

I never received my order from them and it took close to a year to get a refund after threatening them with governmental agencies... so don't know anything of the quality of any of their products

No idea, I never bought wigs. And I've cancelled my account with them (so I hope!). I finally got my money back, but it was through posting here. I'm sure that if I had not posted I would have never got a full refund.
