How do I contact them? I wrote them like a week ago and they said I should wait one more week. So the week's gone and I still don't have my stuff... The support center does not load!

I contacted them through their site and received an email after 2 days. It does take some time but they do respond...

I would assume you contact them the same way you did before. There's a contact link all the way at the bottom of the page. Their chat and phones only work during their work hours though and remember their in China so they aren't going to pick up the phone at 2am(their time)

This is the first time I have been able to get any kind of a response from them. They said I only ordered 1 tshirt. I paid for 2. But at least they responded. Try giving them a review that seems to be the what gets their attention
