How do I contact them about an order placed but never received and no tracking information available.

Hi Cherly...
Go to Rosewholesale web site and sign in, your order# should be right there. Click on “Track your Shipment”. Then the very first line should be “Order Status” that has your order# and beside that number in bold pink should say “Send/View Message”, this is where you send an email. I wish you luck as I have not received my item since August if you can believe that!

No point even trying to contact them personally, you never get a response. I've just had to accept the fact I got ripped off and won't get my money back.

File a dispute with paypay, wait for company's response and then escalate to claim asking for full refund... DO NOT even bother trying to contact company, waste of time and effort and all u will be given is lies, poor english and false promises

If it is paid through Paypal you should have a transaction number and I would use that. Also there would be an indication of the sale through you banking account or credit card. There is always a way to prove the purchase and I would use that if you do not have anything else. I would go through the after purchase support on their site to file my first complaint. When I went to the tracking number they provided it would always say no information is available. Good luck with getting your item. I have never received mine. It has been a month and a half. I still make contact just to let them I am still unhappy with their company and letting everyone know that I feel their company a scam. Stay clear and tell your friends to do the same. Sorry you had the same bad experience

I received a quick response offering a refund but no details as to where my order is!

Hi Cheryl, and anyone else in the same boat (the snail one from China that is!)... I had contacted Rosewholesale at least 20 times... but only got joy after leaving a review, opening a dispute with pay pal and letting them know I would let the appropriate authorities know eg. Fraud squad and police (and in case you read this Rosewholesale... I meant it)... only then did I get some help from a person named FARAH... who other people have mentioned... so please address all correspondence to her (?)... I have refunds from two purchases showing in pay pal and still waiting on a third... and will keep "writing" to them until I see that money as well... I will not back down. Having said that, I DID receive my first order, but the clothing was so small that I sent photos back with a tape measure across the clothing to prove that... and asked for a refund for them as well, as I was promised two months ago, replacement items would be send... never arrived, as my next two purchases didn't. Has sure taught me a lesson... I will google EVERY site before making any purchases in the future. My advice for people dealing with Rosewholesale... keep contacting many times daily... it takes much of your time... but if you give up, they win... all the way to their bank account...

I am not sure If I can help. I too have not resolved my issues. HOWEVER, RoseWholesale..., and you guys had better be listening.,,, In addition to filing a refund through PayPal, if I do not get my merchandise... Since a lot of us saw the ads through such places as Facebook. Best to use our efforts to have their advertising blocked. Facebook will be made aware of their business practices on their followers if they do not get their act together, as well as any other social media I see it on.

Honestly... the only reason they contacted me was because of my horrible review of them. I would try opening another ticket with them. There is no direct number for them and the live chat thing don't work either. According to them and my account with them I have been refunded my money for an order that was not even processed or sent to the shipping company. When I checked my bank account there is no refund there. When i emailed them again about this they told me that i would have to wait up till 25 business days for my bank to dobthe transaction for the refund. So I'll see how accurate that is. I have a feeling that I will never get my refund. One thing is for sure though... I will not stop fighting until I do. So go to your order and on right on top of your order number there should be something that says send email. Hit that and start a ticket. They do not reply right away even though they say that the turn around time for replies is 24 hours. Just keep sending emails and harassing them and continue to expose them with negative reviews. That way they can get in touch with you. Unfortunately this is the only way.
