I liked there page in Facebook... and sent them a private message there... shortly after they messaged me... just give them your order number etc

File a disoute with paypal, then escalate to claim asking for full refund... dont waste your time contacting the company all u will get our lies, false info and hope. Paypal is your only hope at recovering your money... i got a full refund after escalating to a dispute and it only took 3 days to go through the entire process!

Almost impossible... they tell you to be patient and wait for the item to arrive. Because of any inconvenience they offer you a 8% discount on your next purchase. AS IF! I would just continue to contact them through the support until they take notice of your dissatisfaction and then you may see some results.
