H1602081246502052. Checking on my order. Website will not let me check on this through the Support Center. Placed order on Feb. 9, haven't heard a word about shipment, but money was taken from my account.

Haven't you read all of the reviews? This company takes months to ship product and often the product differs in style and/or size from what you requested. Your order will hopefully show up in 2-3 months (at least if you filed a complaint with the credit card company), but the style and or size will bear little resemblance to what you ordered.
