I have had many issues with Rosewholesale. I think they work with our money and then, they say the items are out of stock, they do not return money, IT IS A SCAM, please do not give them a second chance, it a FRAUD:

I have literally seen their items in several stores here in the USA. I've not had that many problems. However, one order via paypal isn't working out like it should. Overall, it's not too shabby. The jewerly is what I like the best. The price and same in Sam Moon's.

It depends on where it comes from. My first item I ever ordered took approx. A month. The 2nd time I ordered it was here within 2 weeks. Rather strange I thought, but I planned on it being longer so I ordered it sooner. Worked out. Give yourself time when ordering to be safe.

I have not had problems with Rosewholesale or Rosegal, one of their other companies. I have ordered once with Rosewholesale and once with Rosegal. The items were not expensive, so I only expected quality that would represent the price I paid. Surprisingly with that thought in mind, I was rather surprised at the quality. I have ordered one dress, one top, one watch, one pair of shoes and two handbags. The only item that fell below my modest expectations was one handbag. I have never had to contact their customer service department regarding any concerns, so I can't comment on that side of their businesses. Shipping is not fast, so you have to accept that. Items can come packaged separately even if they were ordered together. You do not pay extra postage for this. I think if you are realistic about what you will be getting, there is nothing wrong at all with the products.

No, shipping fees are completely separate from the initial price of the item. Shipping cost is included at the end of the purchase and please give yourself 3-5 days of processing time when you make a purchase so you won't get disappointed if your order doesn't arrive on time.

Well, all I can say is good luck. I ordered 3 items of clothing last fall and only got one of them. They use a fake shipping number and you cannot reach anyone to talk to. However they DO monitor this site and say how sorry they are for your problems and how they STRIVE to satisfy their customers. If they would spend the time actually shipping out orders instead of monitoring this site, maybe people would get their orders... sometime... someday... in a far away land!

I'm a MEDUIM. I ordered extra large - XL. The elbow length sleeve, long t-shirts were fine. So were the loose fitting sweater wraps/dolman sleeves. I didn't order anything really "fitted", but ordering 2 SIZES up worked ok for me. The quality isn't great, but you likely know by now that you're taking a chance. Have no idea about shoe sizing. I have to agree. I have paid for several items I have not received and have been trying to get them for 2 months and they haven't returned my money

I seem to be one of the few people who actually received my order and got pretty good customer service in terms of response time. Also, I received the ordr quickly. HOWEVER, the clothes are crappy - awful material and the XL sizes I ordered appear to be US size 6, and one is maybe a 2 or 4. Then the process for returning them involves taking photo and meaurements to send them, lots of trouble, plus you pay for the return shipping even though what you received is not what you ordered... I decided to simply keep the clothes and will give them away. The handbag I bought is very pretty but arrived with a chip in the front that I've covered with nail polish. The shoes are pretty but too small, will take them to the shoe repair guy and see if he can stretch them - again, it's simply too much trouble to return them. The photos of the clothes are really pretty, but what you get is really cheap - which I guess is why the prices are so low. I would not send that requested information to ANYONE. Good luck!
