I've had the same experience as others. When I wanted to return my tops that were too small, they said it wasn't worth sending them back and to sell them to someone else. I sent them back anyway and they said they never received them. After many, many emails, they finally gave me 60% of what I paid. If you are VERY persistent and leave them bad reviews, they might do the same for you. I warn you to NEVER buy from them again.

They are non-responsive, don't deliver what is ordered, I won't do business with them again.

This is such a horrible site to do business with. I doubt they will honor an exchange but if not then tequest a return and full refund. If they refuse then dispute the charge with your financial institute to have the refund issued. I returned my items, per PayPal resolution. The shipping was not very expensive and I got a full refund.

I don't think so, at least in my case they told me it wasn't worth it since they would only return me 60% + charges to China, so they advice me to sell it myself on the internet or gift it to someone else...:-(
