You will probably do what most people do and take a total loss. Just hope that others will not waste their money and ignore all of the 5 star comments that are evidently made up!

You'll never get your money back! First, you will have to insist for them to give you an address to send your item back (the address will be fake for sure) then they will tell you that you need to pay for the return and they will even tell you that it is a waste of money and to re-consider returning the item, they will suggest that you keep them and give them away or sell them... Should you choose toe send the item back I can garantuee you that you will never see your money again no matter how many time you chase it up. They will claim they never received the items.

I returned mine on registered post and I got notify when my item was delivered. I sent them all the proof that the post had delivered the item to them but they still claim they have nothing... it has been over six months now and I have never seen my money back... I bet if I ask them now they will still claim they got nothing!
I am sorry to say that you got robbed like I did, like many of us did and there is nothing you can do because they are in China...

Just charge it back because they will not help you at all! Thieves!

They will not take it back. The only way to get your money back is to contact your bank.

Well unfortunately they have you by the short ones.it costs more to send back. So you eat it they make their money, and they become rich off us. sorry they are a scam artist company taking advantaged of people in US.

They will tell you it is not worth the money to send the item back and if you press them they will give you a partial refund and let you keep the item. I believe mine was 30% of the value ( their maximum offer). I was aggravated too but decided to let it go and file the experience under "live and learn" and " if it seems like it's too good to be true it probably is ".

I agree. I am just taking a loss on it. Thankfully it was only $16, but I'm still pissed! Clearly all of the 5 star comments are a fraud. I've definitely learned a lesson here though!

There should be instructions in the box however it will cost a fortune since it is in China!
