Hi Tina unfortunately the cost of the postage to return the item etc and then trying to negotiate a refund, you won't be left with much from your refund (if you get it).

I've just counted my loss and learnt a big lesson. Unfortunately I didn't realise that the site was Asian as this is not displayed anywhere. I didn't realise till I was tracking the dispatch and saw that it was leaving from China! I wouldn't have bought if I had known this.

Tell them you want your money back and when they refuse you can open a dispute if you paid with PayPal. I did this and PayPal has said they will return my money 'at no cost to the seller'. They offered me 30% refund and a full refund if I paid the return postage but I didn't accept this and neither should you as I'm sure they'll just say it never arrived.

You need to find a flaw or damage to the workmanship first. Then continue to try contacting them thru customer support on their website. Of course they will have you return the items to China, which you will not get reimbursed for shipping. Sorry. Save money, Buy local
