They don't have a real customer service. They just keep sending the same email to you while not addressing your concern. They are a scam.
Plus America is not letting anyone send merchandise to China so you are stuck with that garbage.

That's the best thing that can happen. These clothes are NOTHING like they appear on the photos. They are cheaply made with flimsy fabric that I doubt would survive one wash. DON'T BUY FROM Roselinlin - they are a disreputable entity.
