Their return policy is non existent!

They ship cheap from China, but if there is a return, it is on your dollar, whether it is your fault or their's. I would steer clear of this company. Had to file through my credit card company to get my money back, when the mistake was theirs.

There stuff runs SUPER small. They are in China so it's China sizes. The XL I bought for myself fits my 16 yr old daughter who's a 01. Perfectly. Lol and it takes about a month & a half to get! Shipping is SLOW!. Other wise great stuff at great prices!

It sucks I spent 50 dollars on stuff I cannot wear and the quality is terrible. They want me to take a measuring tape to show the size. Do not order from them!

Hi Lisa. I posted on of my experience with Rosegal 3 weeks ago. You can check the pictures that I posted as a comparison of what it looks like on the website and what it actually is. I have been fighting with this team to return my whole money back, but they have been just offering me some nonsensical options. Will post the screen shot of the options they offered me rather returning my money that I wasted on their cheap stuff.

Steer clear of this website. Horrible customer service. The sizes DO NOT run true. Very small. I can usually wear a lg but the lg I received was more like a small. I did finally receive my refund but it was NOT easy to get!

Hahahaha! There "return policy" is: Take your money. Never send your items. The end.

DO NOT buy from them! My daughter who is 12 years and average size could not fit into the jacket that was ordered. The hassle to return to China is not worth it. Please keep your busy in the U.S.

I did not order anything from them. I did put some stuffs in the basket, but when I had to step away for a day or so, my basket went emptied. So, this give me a sense that this isn't good. When I tested them by giving them by email, nothing was sent back to me. So, I think this is a scam or a fraud. Yes, the stuffs do look cute, but think twice before buying! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from this so called company!
