Why would a company that could be successful CHOOSE to fail customers? This company could be a successful and honorable enterprise, had it chosen to do so. This company is a failure. Money made from scamming is not an honor or a mark of success. My question is "WHY?".

They're not about being successful as a business. They are only interested in getting as much money as possible from unsuspecting buyers. They think that because they are in China they cannot be held accountable when ripping off buyers from abroad. They have been very successful so far in doing that!

They have completely put me off buying from any of the promoted companies on Facebook, despite the fact the stuff often looks great! Never again.

PayPal got me a refund although I haven't got it yet. I had to send back my order with tracking very expensive. It cost me $55 AU. Nearly didn't send it but that's what they want you to do. So I sent it all back on principal don't like being ripped off. So as it is IF I get it back I am still $55 down the drain. Better than nothing out of $145 Au down. Just don't buy from China. From now on will only buy from the sites I know are reputable. I made a costly mistake should always look up reviews first or buy from Australian sites. Thank goodness I paid and will always pay with PayPal.

Rosemary? Took me over a year. I have been been promised a FULL refund in 7-14 days just a day or two ago because I told them I will take my correspondence, the reviews from Site Jabber which is Government funded, and go to my Attorney General and State Senator with not only my review viewed over 400,000 but with all the reviews from other States. I pointed out to Rosegal that their size charts are inaccurate for the U.S., they never gave me a return address and that I am not threatening them, I will follow through. You have 60 days to file Fraud with your Bank. Keep your correspondence. You are dealing with a large Corporation out of China which also is using a Software company in the U. S and has many other little stores like this under them. L JH on this site really did some digging., she has names. We'll see if I get my Full refund in 7-14 days. I have nothing but time now and my Attorney General in my State cares about consumers. I have also met our State Senator at other functions (I am not a political person but he was there). Don't give up girl!

Maybe they measure success in dollars... People keep buying even when reviews are bad quality is bad, shipping is bad... We are stuck with clothes because shipping back to China is to costly they are not a good company

They are making millions scamming and selling below poor quality products why would they want to? Because they are making millions doing it just the way they do, most people wont dispute it and they know it.

They aren't a individual company started by friends. Its a branch company of a bigger coperation in China which owns other scam sites.

Rosegal and it's affiliates never set out to be "honorable". Their goal is to steal from and defraud as many victims as they possibly can internationally. As they so eloquently put it in another US victims correspondence with them, "... and we will continue to take donations from you stupid Americans..." Nice! They are unfortunately quite successful in their scams though. We just adore a sale dont we? They've managed to evade prosecution for a long time now and if you do the math on just the handful of cases of theft on this particular thread alone just imagine how many hundreds of thousands of dollars they have stolen from unsuspecting buyers. Nope, honor is not a value they live by.

There are people who just want to scam and lie. Just don't put any orders with this so called company.
