I know right don't ever order anything you really want because it will either be to big usually to small and my best advice is to not waist your money :(

I've been burned by this scam of a company too. If you didn't pay extra for tracking you probably won't receive it all. I paid the extra amount for tracking and it still took 4 weeks to receive and the clothes were child sizes and stained. I've been trying and trying to return the junk and get a refund but they aren't cooperating and haven't responded to the Paypal claim either. I read another review that this company changes the name it operates under often. There is a website for the FTC that is for filing complaints against fraudulent companies essentially stealing our money. I"d suggest looking it up and filing a complaint yourself, that's the only possible way we have of preventing this scam from continuing in the US at least.

You will be lucky if you even get it and luckier if anything even resembles what they advertised. I order on line all the time this is one company I would warm everyone about. It's not worth the risk or money

In personal experience i have found that when I Ordered on Friday, Saturday, even sometimes on Suday it took much longer to process than when purchasing on any other day. I don't know if this helps but it has just been my experience in the 8 orders I have placed.

I Think it comes directly from source- ie. China, Korea or somewhere in the Far East. They don't have any sort of office/Wharehouse here, that's why contacting them is a nightmare- you get an automatic ID number toake you think someone cares! Hope this helps - good luck!
