Where is my refund for unavailable item#AT15080400007... Said they would give 5 times the amount on next order... They're not answering the phone... not responding to emails... I don't have money to donate...

They respond well if you make a complaint through PayPal. Otherwise don't expect to get anything from them but frustrated. They are scammers!

Honestly I wouldn't expect to get it! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. A lot of people have said they never received their refund. That's why I didn't even request one.

My answer would be dispute the amount with your credit card company.

I couldn't return because I have no Idea how to do. No phone, no email, no chat. Input the swimming suit in the garbage.

I agree with Gina. I had to file a paypal complaint in order to receive any type of resolution. I placed my order on 6/6 for a bikini and 4th of July themed tank top. The bikini (in the wrong size) arrived on 6/19 but the tank was "missing". I filed my complaint on 7/12 (after sending 11 emails, filing a "trouble ticket" on their website and several FB messages with no response) and FINALLY received my tank top on 8/4.
Filing a PayPal complaint and escalating it to a claim is the ONLY way you will get your refund. Pursue it. Hopefully if enough claims are filed PayPal will find a more permanent solution.

Maybe we should all make a complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) they might help.

Yep they were going to refund my money too and it's not happening! Warn everybody you know and don't stop harassing them!

They won't reply or give refund. Chalk it up to a loss. Sorry girl. Don't order anything else.

They will never answer the only time they responded to me was when I filled a complaint with my credit card company then via email they ask me to cancel my complaint
