Where can we report this company and sue them?!

Jessica W. A lawsuit isn't ignorant. This company clearly misrepresented the items. I ordered one dress I got a child's shirt. When I looked back online the size I ordered was correct but what was displayed in the picture on a normal size model was not what I received. I'm not sure if a child could fit her head through the neck hole. So yes it is their fault. And Heather H. Having a no returns policy is not the same as I'll send you what I like and you have to like it. You can repost them to the BBB but if they are not a member there isn't much that can be done. You can't file a lawsuit against a company that doesn't opperate in this country. Best thing is don't shop there again and tell others. You may be able to file a complaint with your credit card company.

I dont know. I have yet to get anywhere with the company. I am just putting it down as a LOSS and huge disappointment. All I can do is let others know how bad this company is.

I received a refund after going through PayPal and keeping on emailing them over and over. Not worth it. It amazes me that a company with a 13% approval rating could even still be in business. My fault for not looking at reviews first, I never would have ordered.

I waited for four months for clothes that never came - two different packages never arrived. Now I've been waiting for a month for the refund they promised me would 5-7 business days. This is a business alright. They are in the business of scamming people out of money while holding them off as long as possible with niceties and extreme politeness. It's a business model - but a very crooked one. DON'T BUY CLOTHES FROM ROSEGAL OR AFFILIATES!

I turned them into the better business bureau until they finally refunded my money six months later. Just do it over and over til they do something. Don't drive yourself crazy trying to get more. Just report them over and over.

On Facebook there's a site called "Rosegal Is Scam". They often have links to places to report them. After they ripped me off, I reported them to the BBB, International Cyber Fraud, Consumer Affairs, and my states District Attorneys Office. Basically, any consumer protection agency that would hear me. I emailed and posted complaints to Rosegal every single day for about 3 months until they blocked me. Finally, 5 months later I received a refund. I've reported them to Facebook, Pinterest, have signed every petition and joined every Take Down Rosegal Group I can find to try to protect fellow shoppers. I shop online overseas all the time and have never been stolen from before. Shame on me for being so naive and not reading the reviews prior. Thanks to this scammer group, I'm a much more savvy shopper.

Nope. They are a ghost crew website and I am sure the positive views are them posing as customers. My expieriece with them i just cut ny loses they were so quick taking my money but never got what i actually ordered I was sent a 4X dress and ordered a large and the othet dress and jewelry I ordered I never received

Ordering from them was the worst experience I've ever had! I needed to return items that were too small. I repeatedly asked for a return address and they kept avoiding my question. Finally I returned to address where it came from. But Rosegal says they never received the items. I demanded my refund. They kept putting me off. I was relentless and kept writing them. I finally filed a claim with Better Business Bureau and then Rosegal started being nice and refunded my money. Like others said, this is a company in China and they are crooks!

I reported them to FB - that is where I saw them and then ordered. They are not an American company so the BBB won't do anything. I also did a charge dispute on my credit card which my credit card company credited me my money back. Rosegal has until mid February to respond to dispute. They are a horrible, rip off company that has terrible made clothing - that is if you get the clothes. I tell everyone not to order from this company. Stinks!
