Refund policy, LOL... Good luck!

They do not have one.

The return policy is that they will take your money and never return it! This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. How they have not been shut down is beyond me. Thieves!

There is no return policy. They only thing they will do for you is ignore you.

You will never get the item, so no need to return what you don't receive.

Depending on the amount you spent, it's very costly to return. It was going to cost me over a hundred dollars to return because you have to pay shipping, plus over seas cost, then describe each item Ur returning with a picture, explanation for why your returning it, it takes 8/10 wks for it to be returned because it has to go thru customs... n just more trouble than what it's worth. They rarely answer phone calls, because of time zones. I had to call them at 3:30am to reach them, n operator couldn't understand what I was saying... At all... Then if they do, they don't comprehend English enough more than telling you I SORRY I HAVE PROBLEMS... I will never order from them again. Their product isn't nothing what they look like on their website.

Don't waist your time or energy. You need to take photographs, email back and wait for response that never comes. Oh and the return address is non-existent. Not to mention the fact that you have 30 days to send back, but you could wait over 30 days to receive the item to begin with. This company should be shut down. There needs to be a way of doing this... any lawyers out there?

You have to return to China! They are a joke do not order from them!
