All I can say about Rosegal is Stay away from them. If you have a problem you can try BBB I have gotten no good responses to help you BUT if you paid thru Paypal they will be the ones to help you. I am not giving them an inch as I want my money back and I will continue to email them until I get my money back. Rosegal is a SCAM and the more people I can help to NOT buy from them the better. I will not buy from them or any other online company before looking into the company and ALSO reading their policy. This company Rosegal is a SCAM and do not understand USA policy. Sincerely, Judy
