The exact shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Could you please message us your order number? Then we will check the issue for you soon.

I got mine in 7 days. The last order took about 10. They usually have a little green line that says the approx shipping time. Some items ship in 3 to 5 business days and others ship within 7 to 10 and some I've seen is 10-12 days. Some of the items are not housed with them in China. This last order came from Singapore.

Mine only took about 10 days but nothing fit and I did not get all that I ordered.
