I wouldn't give them information and would strongly advise not to order anything from this company. They are in China and quality of products is horrible. Returning something is nearly impossible.

They shouldn't have to ask. If you don't feel comfortable, then back out. I wasn't asked so I don't think it's required.

NO DONT EVER SEND ANY FORM OF ID TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IN OTHER COUNTRIES AND HERE IN THE STATES. THEY IS SO MUCH IDENTITY THIEF. BE VERY CAREFUL.

DID YOU PAY WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I CALLED PAYPAL AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING ROSEGAL. I HAD BOUGHT 7 ITEMS FROM THEM AND TOLD PAYPAL WHAT A PROBLEM IM HAVING GETTING REFUNDED AND RETURNING THIS PRODUCT. BECAUSE OF THEIR SIZING IS WAY OFF AND THAT THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT EVEN SEWN COMPLETELY.

PAYPAL TOLD ME IF WE GET ENOUGH COMPLAINT TOWARD ROSEGAL. THEY CAN CLOSE THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR GOOD.

SORRY FOR BEING IN ALL CAPS BUT I WANT TO GET OTHERS CUSTOMERS ATTENTION TO CONTACT PAYPAL IF THE PAID WITH PAYPAL ONLY

Whether or not they are a huge discussion on this website. DO Not send any company photo ids for 'verification'. That would only be reason for a major Scam to get you into Lots of trouble.
Nonetheless, they are a terrible company for sooo many reasons!

Well i never was asked that question, so im not sure what that is all about, and i attempted to order 5 items items from them... I would NOT recommending ordering from Rosegal!

Do not what so ever do that. I would not buy from this company at all. Save your money...

Why would they need a photo ID? Photo ID's are used when the person is there to verify identity, age, etc. why would they need it for on line purchase. Something is definitely wrong there, ROSEGAL IS A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION, and because they are in China there is nothing USA can do about it, sucks.
