Don't know about lead in the jewellery, but considering you don't wear it constantly I am not to concerned. In regads to duty - that comes almost to the same amout as your oder and no you don't have to order every month. But from my experience I will tell you DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEGAL EVER!
