Well, I received my items a couple months after my order. The sweatshirt I ordered that looked thick on the image, but was thin and flimsy had bad dye on it and turned an entire load of whites yellow. The button on the collar fell off in that fateful first wash as well. One of the bracelets I bought broke. I have the hat, but it is cheap as well. Won't actually keep my head warm. Customer service is crap. They make it impossible to contact them about the status of your order. You just have to wait for weeks with fingers crossed to hear from them. I won't order from Rosegal ever again. D--

Yes it is, just keep complaining, call your credit card company, BBB, trustpilot. Pissed customer. GOOD LUCK!
