It's a scam hun. I've been waiting 3 years and still nothing

It does take forever, sometimes over two months, because it usually comes from China (those packages seem to take forever, when sent by regular mail). I would wait a bit more, then try and contact Rosegal, to inform them of the situation. They should give you a refund or resend the items. If this doesn't happen, try and see if the credit card company can refund your money? Sometimes packages do get lost at customs too.

Google this company's reviews and decide for yourself. Personally I THINK it is a scam and you might as well forget about it. I have. I also did not want my credit card compromised because I do not trust these people. They are out of China and from what I read the owner is disguised under another affiliation. You should cancel any card you may have used and have a new one issued to be doubly safe. You can also report it to the police, if, in fact you determine it is a scam. I did not bother with that. I just wanted to protect my credit card from compromise. There really isn't much you can do. Google their reviews.
