Each item has sizing info specific to that particular item. Follow that carefully and you will be fine. It might say Asian sizing. This is better for people who are not tall.
There is an international size comparison chart for each item and US sizing is on that chart. It will recommend which size to order. I don't know what you mean by little girl's shop. Do you mean USA child sizes? Refer to the size guide but looking at the styles, I don't feel, they are child appropriate for the most part. I read one review complaining her item was so small that it fit her 10 year old. I have that same item and it fits perfect. I am 5'4" and 125 lb. i have ordered a couple of things going larger than the size guide and they were too large. I find they are definately true to size. You will find more details about their sizing in the About Us - Help and Info on the bottom left of the first page.
