A: I certainly couldn't find one, On the site there is a 'live chat' option, I tried it a number of time, but it was never available, the other option is to send a msg with the details of your enquiry, I wanted to return an incorrect order, they wanted an order number on the form something else, which could not be found!

I tried to look for it on there site. And. I couldn't find one at all but I do see at the top of the this page there is a phone number it's in china

Yes - I have called numerous times and all I get is a recording that says..."the magic jack customer is not available "

I called the only number I've found listed and nobody has ever answered, it goes straight to voicemail, which is full so you can't leave a message. I realize I'm making a huge fuss over $40 but that's still MY hard earned money that I decided to spend by treating myself to clothes. It's one thing to no do refunds- but to openly offer a return policy and not give refunds is another thing.

I contacted them in the support center and entered my request that way. They responded within 24 hours.
