I'm trying to return items. The clothes are of very poor quality -- strings hanging everywhere, size certainly do not match a persons form. I feel scammed and upset having purchased from Rose Gal. How do I return and get a full refund. I do not want a store credit. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you!

I went after them through Pay Pal. They replied to that, although they wouldn't give me the return address. I finally got the return address from their Facebook page admin. I returned my package a month ago. Cost me $33 for $85 worth of garbage. Haven't heard anything, Good luck.

They will do anything they can to keep as much of your money as possible so my advice is to badger them and send plenty of messages stating how unsatisfied you are. This will probably only get them to offer you store credit but then you can threaten to post negative reviews all over the internet. If they still don't offer a full refund, start posting those reviews. Once they see the reviews, they'll probably be willing to give your money back.
